3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us
    Email us at sports@flspkt.shop with the following details:
    • Your order number.
    • The item(s) you wish to return.
    • The reason for the return.
  2. Return Approval
    Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on where to send your item(s).
  3. Return Shipping
    Pack the item securely and include your RA number inside the package.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of the same value. If you wish to exchange your item:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Follow the same process as initiating a return.

Once the original item is returned and inspected, we will ship the replacement item.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item.
  3. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at sports@flspkt.shop.
  • Once an order has shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, you may return the item upon receipt.

8. Refund Exceptions

  • Refunds will not be issued for items returned without prior authorization or that do not meet our return criteria.
  • In cases of excessive or abusive returns, we reserve the right to refuse future returns or exchanges.
